This quilt is a collaboration between LouAnn White, Danetta Burnett (the awesome quilting) and myself. It was finished July 2005 as a raffle quilt for the Nightriders 4-H.

I did the appliqué of the vase and stems, LouAnn White did the appliquéd leaves and cat tails. I sewed the 6″ Dance border (12″ pinwheels) and applied the binding.

The appliquéd center is an adaptation of a design I created for the 2006 WebQuilt.

The background fabric is a Nancy Crow. When we ran out partway through our project and could not find the fabric ANYWHERE, Nancy was kind enough to find the right fabric and get it to us. To her we extend our sincerest thanks.

The Dance pinwheel border templates and instruction are available upon request. The templates come in three sizes, 4″, 6″ and 8″.
